Today turned out to be wonderful!! We went back into the Limonada with Ashley to give Elmer's wife the supplies for Elmer and their new baby...she is due on Wednesday. She was very appreciative! We had gone to the grocery store to buy some food baskets for different people and one of them was Clara. After we gave Elmer's wife the supplies, we went to find Clara. Ashley sent Guierrmo to fetch Clara. When she got down to Ashley's house she was so surprised. We gave her the basket and she burst into tears. I had Ashley tell her that it was from us and the people who worked on her house in February. Then we went into the alley and we gave her money. She was shaking and crying. She said that God had sent us to bless her because as of today she had no more money, no more food, and no job. She didn't know what she was going to do. We gave her enough money to live on for 2 months and I'm leaving more with Ashley at the end of the week. She sends her tearful thanks to all. She said that God always provides and blesses. It was the greatest moment.
Tomorrow we are having a special breakfast for the birth mothers. Should be great!
